Instant coffee is a beverage which is made of dehydrated coffee grains. In the production process, dehydrated coffee is formed into powder granules, whereby the addition of hot water creates a beverage that is similar to the traditional coffee. The percentage of caffeine in this coffee is smaller, while the sourness, as one of the components of the coffee, is more pronounced.
Considering that coffee making has become a unique ritual, where everyone is a master in their own right, and the speed is crucial, OMCAFÉ has developed its line of instant coffee: Extra and Classical. OMCAFÉ Instant can be found in the packages of 2 g, 12 g, 100 g, and 200 g.
The coffee is produced in cooperation with the German producer DEK.
Method of preparation: for one cup of coffee it is necessary to mix one to two spoonfuls of OMCAFE Instant coffee with hot (but not boiling) water. If you like, add sugar, milk or sweet cream.
